CHICAGO – February 5, 2025 – Victory Park Capital (“VPC”), a global alternative investment firm specializing in private credit, today announced the promotions of several team members across the firm, including two new senior partners, Jeff Schneider and Jason Brown, two new partners, Kinan Hayani and Don Richman, and two new managing directors, Chad Clamage and Josh Platek.

Richard Levy, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Founder of VPC, said: “We are committed to nurturing the growth and potential of our talented team members. Jeffrey Schneider joined VPC in 2010 and was promoted to Senior Partner and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the Firm’s operations and the execution of strategic initiatives and oversees compliance, finance, accounting, tax, and fund operations. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and Valuation Committee.

Jason Brown joined VPC in 2014 and was promoted to Senior Partner. He is primarily responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing, and managing investments. Mr. Brown also actively works on value creation initiatives and strategic alternatives for the firm. Mr. Brown is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee.

Kinan Hayani joined VPC in 2015 and was promoted to Partner. Mr. Hayani is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing, and managing investments across multiple industries, including financial services and special situations-oriented investments, and multiple strategies, including asset backed debt, late-stage growth equity, and special purpose acquisition companies. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee.

Don Richman joined VPC in 2019 and was promoted to Partner. Mr. Richman focuses on value creation initiatives and strategic alternatives for VPC’s portfolio companies, firmwide business development, and new product development. Mr. Richman has spent the last 10 years of his career building and scaling consumer-focused, technology-enabled brands and identifying and executing new revenue opportunities within those businesses. He has full company lifecycle operating experience across a variety of industries, from early-stage, venture-backed start-ups to large, international public companies.

Chad Clamage joined VPC in 2022 and was promoted to Managing Director and serves as VPC’s Legal Credit Strategy. He is actively involved in sourcing, analyzing, executing, and managing investments within the legal finance industry. Mr. Clamage brings a wealth of experience in the legal finance industry.

Josh Platek joined VPC in 2018 and was promoted to Managing Director. He co-founded the firm’s insurance services platform and is primarily responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investment opportunities.

VPC is also proud to recognize the promotions of the following individuals:

• Sergio Ruffolo joined VPC in 2018 and was promoted to Principal. He is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments.
• Drew Schwartz joined VPC in 2019 and was promoted to Principal. He is a member of the investment team responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to investment opportunities for the firm. In 2023, he began working closely with VPC’s senior leadership on the firm’s strategic and corporate development initiatives and became responsible for evaluating growth opportunities for the firm. As a Principal, Drew will lead the strategy and corporate development function for VPC.
• Stephanie Rupinski joined VPC in 2021 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations. She assists with the treasury, valuation, investment allocation, performance analytics and internal reporting processes for the VPC funds and their investments.
• Adam Nelson joined VPC in 2021 and was promoted to Vice President. He is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments.
• Natalie Pasicznyk joined VPC in 2021 and was promoted to Vice President. She is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments.
• Tim Ruder joined VPC in 2023 and was promoted to Vice President of Fund Accounting. He assists with accounting, finance, tax, audit, reporting and treasury related activities for various VPC funds.
• Brad Williams joined VPC in 2021 and was promoted to Vice President on the Operations team. He assists with valuation, deal execution, risk management and reporting processes for VPC funds and their investments.
• Jordan Barry joined VPC in 2018 as an intern and became a full time employee in 2019. Ms. Barry was promoted to Director. She is primarily responsible for investor relations as well as marketing and communications for the firm. Ms. Barry is also actively involved in fundraising for VPC funds.
• Chase Costin joined VPC in 2022 and was promoted to Director on the Operations team. He assists with treasury, finance, and reporting processes for the VPC funds and their investments.
• Joy Gu joined VPC in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Associate. She is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments.
• Spencer Jacque joined VPC in 2023 and was promoted to Senior Associate. He is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments.
• James Naumovski joined VPC in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Associate. He is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments.
• Kelsey Richard joined VPC in 2023 and was promoted to Analyst and the Office Manager.
